Bites and stings from insects, spiders, snakes, and marine creatures can cause reactions ranging from mild irritation to severe allergic responses and envenomation.

## First Aid for Bites and Stings

1. Insect Bites/Stings: Remove the sting if present, apply a cold compress to reduce swelling, and use antihistamines for itching.
2. Snake Bites: Keep the casualty calm and still, immobilize the affected limb, and seek urgent medical help. Do not wash the bite area.
3. Marine Stings: Rinse the area with vinegar for jellyfish stings, immerse in hot water for stings from marine creatures like stonefish, and seek medical help.
